By accessing or using the Aureus Motors website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site.

Aureus Motors lists current lease and finance specials on new vehicles and, upon request, sources pricing on virtually any make and model sold in the United States. Vehicles are supplied and titled by franchised dealers, and financing or leasing is provided by the respective manufacturer financial services or lending institutions.

Submitting an inquiry through the Site expresses interest only. It does not create a purchase agreement, a lease contract, a credit approval, or any obligation on either side.

All advertised payments are shown before tax. Tax, title, license, registration, and dealer fees are extra unless explicitly stated otherwise. All offers are on approved credit through the respective financial services, and not all applicants will qualify for the advertised terms.

Pricing, incentives, and availability change frequently — often at the end of each month — and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without notice. The "effective monthly" figures shown on the Site amortize the amount due at signing across the term and are provided for comparison purposes only; your actual contract will state the governing numbers.

Vehicle specifications shown on the Site (including horsepower, acceleration, and efficiency figures) are manufacturer-published estimates and may vary by trim, drivetrain, and model year.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to submit an inquiry or enter into any transaction. Any lease or finance transaction will additionally require a valid driver's license and credit approval by the lender.

The Aureus Motors name, logo, emblem, and all original content on the Site are the property of Aureus Motors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

All vehicle makes, model names, and marques referenced on the Site — including Honda, Acura, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Porsche, and others — are trademarks of their respective manufacturers. Their use on the Site is for identification of the vehicles offered and does not imply affiliation with, or endorsement by, those manufacturers.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aureus Motors is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, reliance on listed pricing, or transactions completed with third-party dealers or lenders.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision, and continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
